I've been a customer of Vetsure for 5+ years at the recommendation of my Vet. Our dog was attacked one evening resulting in her needing an operation and stitches. Because of the relationship between the practice and Vetsure, it was so simple - all we had to pay at the time was the excess and that was it - everything was paid for without any hassle, quibble or question. It was a really positive experience in a negative situation and meant all treatment and medication costs were included but more importantly, we felt supported in making the claim. The Vet did all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign the claim off. Thanks so much to both, hopefully no more claims in the future!
