My puppy was 7 month and ate some medication that I was unaware was in the room. He needed immediate vet care and was admitted to the nearest pet hospital for 2 days. The treatment was very expensive and without the insurance I took out would have been a huge financial burden. The insurance company were supportive and patient whilst the claim was settled. The whole thing was settled within 3 weeks and there was no quibbles that other insurance companies have a reputation of. My puppy was fine in the end and whilst I know my policy cost may increase I would recommend this company most highly fantastic catering company.
