Premiums increase for loyal customers

1

As if my magic, You premiums sky rocket! Been with Insurance Emporium for about five years now. Never made a claim. Just had a letter through today increasing my premium from £36 a month to £53. They had the cheek to say "You have been with us for a number of years, you may be able to get your insurance elsewhere cheaper" What price loyalty, It means nothing to this firm. Basically they do this because they know many people won't want the hassle of moving and will pay the new higher price. But to have the brass neck to tell you you will probably get it cheaper, is just a smack in the face of customers who have paid them thousands over the years.

In response to the reply I had on google. If you are forced to increase the premium by a whopping 30 percent due to increases beyond your control. How come I have managed to find identical insurance elsewhere at what I was paying. I managed to find three others cheaper too. Are they not also affected by these "increases" It's quite transparent and not isolated to pet insurance companies. Car insurance companies have been doing it for years.
