Try elsewhere - another insurance company that's afraid of honouring the insurance

Submitted a claim for vet treatment for a bite on my dog's neck. Received zero acknowledgement from The Insurance Emporium, zero contact, and then got an email telling me of a new addition that would be excluded from my policy from now on. The exclusion was made with no contact with me, no attempt was made to allow me to explain or give context. Terrible (and lack of) customer service, complete disregard for customers. And, yet again, an insurance company that, you know, doesn't like to actually honour any claims on their insurance. Will switch at end of policy and never use again.
