NO WONDER M&S IS FAILING – ITS INSURANCE & SERVICE IS TERRIBLE…

Please think twice before buying M&S pet insurance. My dog needed it’s tail removed because it was damaged. They confirmed that the operation would be covered under the insurance so I went ahead with the operation. They have now informed me that I’m not covered and I have to pay over £1000 in vet bills.

I would never of proceed with the operation if I wasn’t covered. Disgraceful. No wonder M&S is doing so badly – it used to pride itself in its customer service.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M&S FOR PET INSURANCE..
