Poor/nearly non exsistent customer service

I insured my dog on a lifetime policy. The premium is now £19 I have never received any renewal documents so goodness knows what endorsements and policy changes have been applied. I have spent the last two days trying to get a telephone answered. I have left several messages, because there is nobody available to take ny call(same thing on every number I have tried) and my e-mails remain unanswered. Hope to God that I never need to claim.

I wouldn't worry about needing to claim - they refuse to pay out anyway!
