Awful Service

We are stuck with E&L as our pointer has a history of vet visits and we wouldn't get cover elsewhere. An absolutely shocking company to deal with and very slow to pay out. We received a e mail at the end of April to say the claim was 'being processed' only to find it didn't hit our account until early June. I eventually got through to claims by ignoring the automated system as that was constantly engaged, to be told that although we had requested a cheque the payment went via BACS 'to save time'. The lady didn't realise the irony in that comment. Our daughter put in a claim via Tesco the day after us and was paid out within 2 weeks.
Be aware, cheap premiums equates to a cheap service.
Our other dog is insured elsewhere and claims and customer service leaves this lot in the shade.
