I took out my policy 9 years ago when I first got my cat, I haven't made a claim for 9 years, yet my policy has risen above an expected amount each year, well above inflation. I made my first claim this year, after the excess I only got back £31 this was an accident he was involved in and not an ongoing condition and my policy has gone up by £84. I've lined their pockets for long enough, insurance is by and large a scam, a necessary evil, but Sainsbury's has to be one of the worst policies I have ever had, only my own disorganisation has kept me there for so long.
